calf workout--good stuff

I really like my MBT's. They run pretty close to size and ordered up because of the recommendation...big mistake. They are a little too big, but I wear socks with them and they're fine, now. The first time I wore them I developed a blister on my ankle because they were rubbing against it. After this incident, I've had no other problems and they are working out just fine. My legs certainly felt like I had a workout. I'm a runner and going through PT for ITBand Syndrome. It really helps me pay attention to my foot plant. I really like these shoes!
