So I'm not really sure if they really tone you but as far as posture goes I can tell that it does help. Super comfy! I can walk longer and not get tired. Buy them half size bigger as recommended. I love these shoes and plan on buying more MBTs in the future.

My legs were sore after the first day!5
These shoes are great. I put them on the day I received them and have been using them on a daily basis since. I haven't been to the gym like I should since it's summer and we've been in "vacation" mode. However, I wear these every day and although my legs aren't like my old "runner's legs," they are toned. I don't feel the nasty jiggle I was feeling before.

I don't know if I've lost any inches, or cellulite like some claim to have lost, but, I do feel better when I wear them. They make me want to walk more.

There is a bit of a learning curve when you first wear them, but you will adapt quickly. I've learned that while I'm in the kitchen cooking, or anywhere I have to just stand around and wait, I can actually do little calf raises. So, you can even get a workout when standing in place.

The shoes are amazing and I can feel them working the glutes as well as the backs of my thighs and legs. As far as the vendor,they were incredible. I opted for the longer shipping time but received them the very next day at no cost! I would recommend the vendor, Shoe Parlor, and would use them again.
