I didn't feed the Dragon!
These shoes are, happily, not made in China. I ordered the black Tataga Oxfords and have been very happy with them, especially when I saw "made in Vietnam" on the label.
Also noteworthy is the fit of these shoes. I ordered these on the phone and was told to order only a half size larger than usual, rather than the full size up that's usually recommened for MBTs. However, I believe the full size up would have been better in my case.
